Biography of Jeremy G.O. Farmer

Jeremy G.O. Farmer joined Aon in 2003 as senior vice president and head of human resources. He leads Aon's global HR organizations. Before joining Aon, Farmer spent 22 years with Bank One Corporation and its predecessor company, First Chicago, where he served in a variety of senior HR positions in London and Chicago. He spent his early career with the Bank of England in London, becoming a group head in the Economic Intelligence Unit. He is a board member for the Associated Colleges of Illinois, an associate of the Institute of Bankers, and a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in the United Kingdom. Farmer holds an M.S. in human resources and industrial relations from the University of Aston in Birmingham, United Kingdom.
